I use an integrative and strengths-based approach to therapy that emphasizes cognitive change and emotion-regulation. My style in working with clients is interactive and educational. Client goals are central to the therapy process.

I am a strong believer in therapy being a collaborative, healing, and restorative experience. As Pema Chödrön once said, “Let difficulty transform you. And it will. I limit my practice to adults in individual therapy or relationship counseling. I'm kink/BDSM-affirming, sex and body-positive. I've worked w/artists, professionals, organizers/activists, students, and disabled individuals and couples. Space For Grace, LLC, is a humanistic private practice, which specializes in helping others find their purpose in life and assisting them with moving towards and through the healing processes of life, for a fuller quality of life experience. Beginning March 15, 2021, our office will move to a 5-day work week and will be closed on weekends, to allow for more self-care for our staff, during this time of global reflective healing.
