Hi, my name is Brenda, My goals are to empower my clients to recognize their worth through healing from their past. I welcome individual counselling for clients whose age ranges from 12 through 65. I offer couples and group counselling services as well. I have been a practicing therapist since 2009 and am retired Army veteran. My understanding that as one walks through life pathways, they may expect hiccups and tragedies along the way. While in therapy, one learns how to cope and maneuver through these setbacks and experiences. One can learn how to adjust their mindset and bring themselves peace and stability.
