The last couple of years have definitely been challenging and stressful. I have found that most people fall into three categories: survival, acceptance, or growth. My ideal client is someone who is highly motivated and wants change; someone who is seeking to grow. They are tired of being in survival mode. These individuals are seeking something different than what the traditional therapies offer. They are ready to move on to the next level. As a guide, I work to empower clients to overcome stress, and life challenges. This process involves healing, discovery, and learning valuable life lessons along the way.
My approach is different than that of traditional therapies. I use a combination of therapy, coaching, and spirituality. I find that being a licensed therapist and certified ICF coach allows me to bring the best to all clients. I also offer consultation to managers, groups, couples, or businesses that want to improve communication skills, and boundaries.
