I am a clinical psychologist who seeks to work with people who deal with life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, and chronic mental and physical health conditions. My goal is for my clients to feel empowered in their lives, and to gain the tools that will help them achieve this. I am able to help people in the three states where I am licensed as a psychologist: Maryland, New York, and Virginia, as well as all participating PSYPACT states.
I provide individual psychotherapy using integrative modalities. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational/Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Family Systems Psychotherapy. I have specialty experience and training working with people who have dual diagnosis, antenatal and postpartum mood disorders, medical conditions, and chronic conditions.
