My passion to empower individuals has been the driving force behind my practice with a focus on working with persons across the lifespan who struggle with mood and substance abuse disorders, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with clients to manage their mental health symptoms rather than be defined by them so that they may achieve balance. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, EMDR & EFT Therapist, and Reiki Practitioner I use a trauma-informed, somatic approach to therapy.

At Healing with Trust Therapy, LLC, we specialize in serving clients of Color and clients of Caribbean descent from clinicians who reflect the diaspora. We have clinicians of various backgrounds including Haitian, Cape Verdean, Trinidadian, African American, and Japanese!

I started an online mental health practice called Ray of Light Wellness in 2017. The practice has expanded into a group practice. I am excited to announce that Ray of Light Wellness LLC will finally be able to take new clients again with the help of more clinicians assisting me! My mission has been to provide effective, accessible, and affordable services. I am licensed in MA, RI, and CT. The practice currently meet with adult clients 18 & over. I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst trained in the US and abroad. The services that I offer are that of an Addictions Recovery Coach. I guide people in addressing the issues that they presently experience so they can move forward in their recovery, removing barriers along the way. I am a prevention educator, having facilitated Drinking Driver Program and SBIRT interventions as well as multiple therapeutic and peer groups.
