I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst trained in the US and abroad. As a mental health professional, I have helped several people overcome their fears, conflicts, anxieties, depression, and traumatic experiences and help them have a deeper understanding of their problems. I have dedicated most of my life to study and practice psychology, first as a way to discover in my own personal analysis what really makes me a happy and fulfilled human being, and then to help others to find their true desire in life.

You've sought me out for counseling because you experience a significant discrepancy in your life between how you feel and how you'd like to feel. You're seeking to have positive mental health, that is, to know yourself, to be yourself, to expand your capacity to care for yourself and others and your world, to maintain humility, and to maintain hope. You're aware of the fluctuating nature of your functionality: at times you function well, and at other times you don't function as well as you'd like to. You're aware that, at times, you have experienced distress, that is, difficult life moments. You're ready to create a better life.

My goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental environment in which we can work together to explore the many life challenges that are overwhelming you. I customize my therapeutic approach and practices to best serve your individual needs. This may include individual therapy, parenting sessions, family/group meetings, or a combination of multiple modalities. I recognize that we each possess unique strengths and obstacles that we want to overcome. I will work collaboratively with you to build off of those strengths and experiences to develop goals that matter to you and solutions that fit who you are.

I started an online mental health practice called Ray of Light Wellness in 2017. The practice has expanded into a group practice. I am excited to announce that Ray of Light Wellness LLC will finally be able to take new clients again with the help of more clinicians assisting me! My mission has been to provide effective, accessible, and affordable services. I am licensed in MA, RI, and CT. The practice currently meet with adult clients 18 & over. RVCC is a multi-service community-based mental health agency serving the Pioneer Valley since 1953. RVCC offers counseling and medication management at offices located in offices located in Holyoke, Chicopee, Easthampton, Springfield, and Westfield. RVCC also provides counseling in schools throughout Hampden and Hampshire Counties and on the campuses of Springfield Technical Community College and Bay Path University.
