I offer a combination of psychoanalytic and CBT/DBT informed approaches while being mindful of both the universality and cultural individuality of our experiences. I have worked extensively with a range of people, from those in the throes of PTSD or addiction to ones dealing with transitions or looking for greater connection in relationships.
I hold the conviction that exploration of the past is necessary as it influences and shapes our circumstances, while at times being present to our anxieties and resources in the moment is crucial.
