We are a Private Group Practice with 30+counselors in 4 locations: Lakeville, Raymham, Bellingham and So. Easton. We treat: all members of the family and can help with transitions from divorce, school difficulties and peer relationship problems. Several therapists specialize in couples counseling, addictions counseling, grief and loss, trauma and play therapy. Elevate was incorporated so that we could meet the needs of the family and individuals in their entirety to provide the best and most comprehensive level of care in an outpatient setting as possible. We also have medication providers in the communities that we serve.

My approach is to assist clients to talk about their problems and gain understanding of how earlier experiences may contribute to them. Equally important, I assist clients with building skills in order to cope with stress, anxiety and depression. with the use of CBT and mindfulness. and relaxation techniques. I help clients empower themselves by realizing their strengths and identify creative solutions for problems. I'm a dynamic and active therapist who is authentic. I believe humor has a place in therapy when used judiciously.

My name is Grishelda Hogan, LICSW, and I have 20 years experience working with adults, children, families and leading groups. I am the founder of the Center for Integrated Wellness( CIW). My personal approach working with clients is a collaborative and creative process. All treatment and coaching is personalized and will offer therapeutic evidence base practice while incorporating holistic and wellness treatment options. As I work with the whole person this may include physical health, life/ work balance, spirituality, personal development, relationships and looking at how your environment plays a role in your overall health.

I align well with young adult and adult clients who are experiencing life transitions and change, who require support with self esteem and managing stress, and who are motivated for counseling. I work with individual and group clients and have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, PTSD, and trauma.

For over 25 years, I practiced counseling in behavioral health clinics and as a public school Adjustment Counseling Assistant. I also taught psychology courses as an Adjunct Professor for 15 years. Before obtaining LMHC credentials, I was as an Elementary/Special Needs Teacher and stay-at-home mother. My combined professional expertise and personal life experiences enhance the counseling process in my private practice.
