Hi! Currently I am only taking clients for intensive therapy and Induced After Death Communication. Induced After Death Communication can connect you to a lost loved one. With therapy intensives we will be collaborating to empower you to heal by finding the path back to yourself by setting aside longer chunks of time for therapy. Groups
Mindful Self Compassion for Women
This group for women uses Mindful Self Compassion to help with anxiety and stress starting 12/8/2023 at noon every Friday. Come explore your current life experiences in a supportive, compassionate atmosphere for a more gentle way of soothing your anxiety and self-doubt. We will be identifying a theme, sharing, moving and writing during this group. Every group will also include a moment of mindfulness at the beginning and end of each session. This group is also a drop in and drop out group. Can't attend every Friday? No problem. Come when you can.
