Individuals struggling with anxiety, existential questioning, or spiritual issues

I offer a safe, open space for you to explore your emotional landscape, process grief and learn new ways of relating to yourself and others. The desire to understand one's self, to feel more grounded and to share a deeper connection with others is a brave and worthwhile pursuit and I feel privileged to witness the growth and peace my clients experience.
