I provide EMDR therapy and integrate CBT, DBT, and other treatment approaches as needed. I have several years of experience providing counseling services in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings to individuals who suffer from a wide range of mental health disorders. I specialize in PTSD, personality disorders, mood and thought disorders, life adjustments, grief and loss, and LGBTQ+ issues.
I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, that includes improving both your physical and emotional well-being. I employ an integrative approach to therapy, primarily including EMDR, CBT, and DBT. However, I believe in adjusting to the needs of the individual and meeting them where they are in their healing process.
Positive change is possible with the right support, resources, and motivation. Recovery is a journey, not a destination. It is my goal to meet you where you are in your journey, and encourage personal growth and self-introspection.
