Hi! My name is Amber Baumgarden. I'm a private practice EMDR Therapist and LMSW who is here to provide a person-centered approach to counseling and therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Some of my focuses are supporting Polyamory people, LGBTQIA+ members, Transgender and gender questioning people, members of the kink community, and people practicing other forms of non-monogamy including swinging. I have formal training in trauma therapy and working with those with Substance Use Disorders, clients battling Weight Stigmas, clients with Attachment trauma, and religious Trauma.
