Each session is likely to include a blend of: 1) Processing the influence of family and environment (Systems), 2) Reprocessing disturbing events for resolution (EMDR), 3) Integrating healthier messages (CBT) and 4) Learning new life skills, such as asserting, relaxing, dating, or parenting (Psychoed). All within the specialty of living with a pandemic.
My practice is distinguished by the individual attention I am able to provide in the privacy of a peaceful home/garden setting.
