I help people gain freedom from their issues with a revolutionary technique taught by my mentor, Marisa Peer, voted Britain’s best therapist. With RTT I can fix anything from skin conditions to weight issues, to phobias, to addictions, to chronic illness and disease, in just 1-3 sessions. I’m still seeing traditional therapy clients, but since my accreditation in RTT, I’m focusing on moving my practice to exclusively RTT and coaching clients. My target client includes anyone who has been unable to fix or heal from any type of issue, they’ve tried other ways, but have been unsuccessful! RTT is the missing link that can free you!

I work with clients with a wide range of concerns and identities including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism), and other developmental disabilities, vocational stress, chronic illness, women’s issues, infertility and disability-related work and school-place barriers. I have experience working with individuals from historically underrepresented underserved communities, international clients, interracial couples and families, women, immigrants/refugees as well as the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am a first-generation Lao American born and raised in Arkansas. I grew up in a humble environment where my father often reminded me of the hard work required to create a different life. As a descendant of refugees, I understand the many challenges that come with creating upward mobility and have overcome my fair share of obstacles.

When human beings experience severe life stressors or trauma, it’s common for their lives to unravel which often changes the way they view themselves, others, and the world. My passion is to work closely with people to bring them healing and facilitate learning new ways to relate to their emotional pain. I aim to help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, whole, confident, and safe.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience providing therapy to veterans, caregivers, parents of children with developmental disabilities, people who identify as LGBTQ+, and anyone seeking help on life’s journey. I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2003 and my clinical license in 2007. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, focusing on the client’s personal values and strengths. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I work with clients to identify and build on their strengths.

Everyone wants a space where they can be real and vulnerable. I create such a space where there is room for laughter, swearing, tears, and whatever else you carry with you. It all belongs here. I am currently on leave and will return mid-Fall 2023. My passion is to work alongside clients to help them build skills to navigate themselves and their life. My experience is wide, working with people of all backgrounds, ages 6 and up with various issues including PTSD, depression, anxiety, parent-child relationships, and mental illness. I also administer psychological evaluations to help determine appropriate diagnosis, treatment planning and provide individual recommendations for clients.
