For several years I have supported clients in healing from acute trauma, complex PTSD and chronic trauma. I firmly believe that we all have within us the natural ability to heal from trauma. As a Clinical Psychotherapist, I have twelve years of experience providing guidance and assistance to individuals of all ages who face various life challenges including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, family conflict, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, school issues and coping skills.

We all have obstacles or challenges in life. I am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults face those challenges and learn how to overcome them in healthy ways. Some of those difficult challenges can include issues with relationships, anxiety, life transitions, or depression. I understand that carrying all of that can feel like you’re drowning with no way up to the surface. However, working with adolescents and young adults has taught me to create a safe space filled with compassion, open-mindedness, awareness, and understanding.
