I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. It is an honor to meet individuals from all walks of life, listen to their stories, and be a source of support for them during their most painful times. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, communication conflict, divorce, grief and loss, workplace stress, parenting, life transitions, infertility and adoption concerns.

We recognize how difficult it can be to seek help with mental health issues. Our goal is to meet you where you are in a supportive, encouraging way. We never use shame as a motivator. Instead we seek to provide a balance between giving you time and space to heal and challenging and encouraging you to move forward to a healthier place. We have a staff of over 40 therapists each with different specialties; we all possess the same single passion: to walk with our clients on the path of healing.

Hi there! I am Christine :) I am a passionate-practicing LCPC in North Naperville. I have over 10 years of experience. I enjoy working with adults who have problematic relationships, childhood issues, and who feel stuck in their present life. It might be trauma, depression, anxiety, but whatever it is we can help you get "unstuck" together. I believe everyone has potential to help themselves, but sometimes we need some guidance. Many of us weren't taught how to deal with our emotions and feelings, and as a result, our adult lives suffer in ways we aren't educated to fix. I am here to help guide YOU to your BEST SELF.

Steve is an Illinois State Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been providing services to individuals, couples and families for over 10 years. Steve received his Bachelor's Degree in psychology from the University of Kansas in 2002 and his Master's Degree in social work from the University of Chicago in 2004. Since then he has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as either a clinical therapist or administrator.

I have been in private practice for twenty-six years and work with individuals, couples, and families. In person and telehealth appointments are available. I work with children, adolescents and adults at every stage of their lives. I have a diverse practice and have greatly appreciated the diversity of my clients' life experience. My work focuses on supporting growth and individual development as well as symptom relief. I have offices in Glen Ellyn and Chicago and would be happy to speak with you regarding my practice.

Words Matter. Our sense of self and our hope in life stems from the words we hear and from the people that mean the most to us. You may have experienced hurt in a close relationship, and that hurt may not only make it harder to trust others, but it may even lead you to question yourself. What was it about me that made them do that? Or you may have absorbed the messaging all your life that something about you, how you look or who you are, makes you “less than”. Those critical thoughts take their toll on your body, your mind, and your spirit and can leave you feeling hopeless, powerless, and alone.

Emotional pain is difficult and often lonely. False beliefs can be the root of this pain. Shining light on the truth that opens us up to our unique true self and joy can be challenging. For over 24 years I've had the privilege of working with incredible people of varied ethnicities, spiritual beliefs and gender/sexual preferences.
