I collaborate with adults in individual and relationship counseling. Typical issues we work on together are depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, eating disorders, LGBT concerns, ACOA issues, stress, men's issues, and if it a specific client request - spirituality concerns. I offer Wednesday, Friday and Saturday appointments by telehealth exclusively. Due to the convenience and popularity of telehealth, I hold all sessions via telehealth and no longer offer in-person office sessions.
I am a doctorally trained board certified licensed clinical mental health counselor with additional training of a Master's degree in theology and a Master's in divinity. If a client wishes to include spiritual concerns, we will incorporate them into our work. I have additional training supporting ALGBTQ+, multicultural, and multiracial persons.
