Life transitions also require us to accept change but sometimes that may be hard and we can feel “stuck”. My priority is to help you achieve YOUR goals in a way that resonates with who you are, your beliefs, and with your values. I have extensive years of clinical, research, and assessment experience and will provide evidence-based treatment in a supportive, accepting, and collaborative relationship.

I welcome clients who see themselves aligned with values in my profile, especially those who seeking a better therapy experience grounded in emotional connection, social justice, and authenticity. Therapy has the potential to be incredibly healing, but also comes from a history of harm, having othered people on the basis of age, race, gender, sexuality, spirituality, and disability. I offer a trauma-responsive relationship through which we can explore narrative healing of your authentic self, commitments to anti-oppressive and anti-racist living, anti-adultist parenting support, and supportive community and relationship building.

As a Neurodivergent South Asian immigrant, I intimately understand the struggles of finding a therapist who will understand having a complex cultural background. Along with this, I have years of practice helping those with disordered eating problems, grief and bereavement, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, or the troubles that come with drastic life changes. I've successfully worked with 16 year-olds and 60 year-olds, and everyone in between.
