I specialize in trauma recovery. Using a non-judgmental, realistic but supportive approach, I have treated those with diverse backgrounds. I treat trauma, anxiety and depression, aging and cultural issues, addiction and substance use, family conflicts and discord, individual identity issues, dissociation, inter-generational issues and personal development.
Due to my experiences, I have the ability to connect with anyone and look at issues from various views. My practice is intentional and balanced. When we meet, I align with your goals and have resources clients can make their own. I have utilized art therapy, martial arts, physical fitness, meditation, nutritional awareness, and spirituality.
