I work with new moms who feel that their life is not where they want or expect to be, desire direction, and get out of feeling stuck. I help those who are experiencing worry, feeling frustrated, or exhausted because things are just not that way. I help moms ditch the fear and worry of doing it right and cultivate joy during early motherhood.
Therapy is a partnership, and we will use a collaborative approach while building our relationship, helping you to navigate your journey to total health and wellness. Moving toward your definition of your best self, it's important to address all wellness areas seeking and defining the answers that will get you where you want to be!

Our support group provides mothers with children ages 0-5 a safe space to process individual experiences while building community through authentic and supportive connections with other women. This small group setting allows individuals to learn from one another while creating a sense of empowerment and belonging.
