I believe that every person possesses innate creativity and that art can serve as a powerful tool for communication and self-exploration within the therapeutic space. As an emerging art therapist and counselor, I seek to build a collaborative and affirming relationship with my clients to encourage the journey of discovery, healing, and personal growth. I use an eclectic approach, incorporating existentialist, Adlerian, and person-centered theories from an anti-oppressive and liberatory lens to support clients in building skills and gaining insight.

Perhaps you're an adult who was recently given or is self-diagnosed as neurodivergent. SEX THERAPY. How do we rebuild trust after this? Why are we struggling to connect with each other sexually? You may hear yourself asking these questions and not know where to begin or how to overcome the emotional distance you feel between yourself and your partner. I am passionate about working with couples and individuals desiring to move towards connection. For some couples or individuals it may be hard to connect because of previous wounds you carry from other relationships. For others it may be that it is hard to talk openly and honestly to each other or maybe pornography, infidelity, substance use has eroded trust.

No matter what you do, you feel like you are never good enough. You are consumed with thoughts of food and shame about your body. You’ve tried everything to control your eating, but in the end feel like it is food that controls you. If this is you, know that you are not alone and can find healing. If you are struggling with disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image, or an eating disorder, I can work with you to find acceptance and finally feel at home within your body. We will work together to explore your beliefs about food, your body, and yourself to uncover what’s not working and keeping you from what matters most to you.

I'm someone who believes coping skills are fantastic, but challenging deeply-held emotional beliefs is what moves people towards lasting change. Ewa has significant experience and training working with children, adolescents, adults as well as geriatric population. Ewa provides integrative services to offer guidance related to issues of parenting and co-parenting, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, marriage and relationship concerns, separation and divorce, life transitions, as well as work and school related issues.
