I provide counseling that centers on supporting a healthy means of helping clients on an individual, marital, and family level. Emotional responses to life stress often derail and distract us from adjusting and maintaining good health. In facing challenges it's important to take care of yourself and those you love by getting the support and help you need. I enjoy working with clients of all ages to address both individual and relationship issues.
My approach to therapy includes collaboration with clients to find personal solutions to the problems of life's complications and stress. While working together with clients for effective solutions and changes, I also believe it's important to respect and work from your values and beliefs.
I find it use several effective approaches to therapy depending on what best fits your goals for treatment. My work with couple issues is grounded in attachment and stems from advanced training in Emotion Focused Therapy. In both individual and relationship work I seek to support important elements of relationships and free clients from destructive patterns and cycles.
