Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. I am honored to be a part of the therapeutic process meeting clients in their current life circumstances and partnering with them as they process their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through the development of an warm, non-judgemental, therapeutic relationship and the use of a variety of different art materials I offer clients the space to gain personal insight, develop new skills, and connect in a new way with themselves and others. Dr. RoseMary Cairo has been a clinically licensed therapist for over 20 years, and during this time she received her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. In my work, I explore ways to find the best therapy for each individual that will help him/her return to an emotional balance enabling more enjoyment in life and improving all interpersonal relationships. I do my best to practice the tenets of empathy and unconditional positive regard while using an eclectic approach that informs my therapy including Humanistic, Family Systems, CBT, DBT, Solutions Focused, schematic therapy, reality, and relational therapy.
