I have expertise in mental illness and approach your issues from a gentle, non judgmental place. I’ve worked in severe mental health settings, trauma research, and with refugees. I’ve also facilitated support groups in bipolar disorder and depression.

As a Neurodivergent South Asian immigrant, I intimately understand the struggles of finding a therapist who will understand having a complex cultural background. Along with this, I have years of practice helping those with disordered eating problems, grief and bereavement, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, or the troubles that come with drastic life changes. I've successfully worked with 16 year-olds and 60 year-olds, and everyone in between.
