My therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory; I believe that secure relationships are the cornerstone to leading a fulfilling life. I am committed to building trust within the therapeutic relationship and I take an open, authentic, and engaging approach to understanding your strengths, your needs, and your values.
I use a queer-affirming and intersectional lens, and specialize in working with people around trauma, relationships (of all structures), sex, bi-/multi-cultural identities, anxiety, and depression.
