I use grounded and affirmative practices as well as evidence-based therapeutic models. I am a feminist, trauma-informed, relational therapist. In my work with clients I take in consideration how the role of family systems, cultural values, oppression, and stigma shape their experiences.
I'm committed to create an environment where my clients can feel safe, understood and supported. I am bilingual (Spanish/English) and able to incorporate mindfulness, movement and creative therapeutic techniques when clients are open to try them.
