Taking steps to get counseling takes a lot of courage. I believe that everyone has their own unique experience and challenges, and that you don't have to go through it on your own. Hello, my name is Jessica- I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. I am passionate about assisting clients with many diverse presenting challenges, some of which include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-injury, self-acceptance, relationship struggles, self-esteem, and identity formation.
