As a Neurodivergent South Asian immigrant, I intimately understand the struggles of finding a therapist who will understand having a complex cultural background. Along with this, I have years of practice helping those with disordered eating problems, grief and bereavement, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, or the troubles that come with drastic life changes.
