Therapy is designed to hold us in safety and compassion and push us towards growth and transformation. I have worked with clients who seek to improve their relationship with themselves and others, navigate life transitions, and learn new ways of coping with the inevitable ups and downs of life. My style of therapy uses patience, warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. I'm mindful of how our experiences in our families, with our caregivers, and with the many communities we belong to shape who we are. I practice integrative systemic therapy and tailor my approach to each client based on the needs and goals of therapy.
