With a down-to-earth, and empathic approach, I work with clients to create a relationship built on trust where clients can feel heard, understood, and truly known. Therapy is about helping you work through your own problems through exploring your past experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is not to fix you, but rather to help you work through your struggles and create a more meaningful life. My practice focuses on couples and individual counseling. Clients frequently present with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family conflicts, grief, life transition concerns, and a multitude of other issues.

I see many clients who are struggling with fertility issues or pregnancy concerns and the transition to parenthood. I help couples better understand each other, understand that all couples fight and that it's ok to ask for what you want in your relationship. I help clients get out of some common relationship traps.

Developing insight and making significant changes takes hard work, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help you in this process. I truly believe therapy is a gift you give yourself.
