As a therapist, I employ a holistic, all inclusive, empathetic style to therapy. It is in my professional interest to provide the most effective therapy to my clients by integrating a use of therapy techniques to include Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based, Mindfulness, and incorporating empirically supported practices.
My clinical skills are applicable to individuals of most ages include adolescents and adults. I work with anxiety, depression/mood disorders, trauma and abuse history, life changes, interpersonal conflicts, and marriage and couples counseling.
