I hold a Masters in social work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in the State of Iowa. I have experience working with groups and individuals, and my approach incorporates the relational model, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
I have a great deal of respect for my clients, and am passionate about helping them overcome depression, anxiety, codependence, and conflict in interpersonal relationships. By learning to be patient and self-compassionate, my clients see positive changes and begin experiencing a greater sense of wellbeing. I look forward to working with you!
