As a marriage and family therapist, I am dedicated to providing effective and empathetic care to individuals and couples, ages 18 and up, who may be struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I am passionate about working with couples and individuals dealing with a broad range of personal and relational issues. I focus on strengthening client's relationships and bonds with themselves and the people in their lives and strive to support open communication and understanding.
I believe that every client is different that's why I use a variety of interventions in my work depending on the client's individual needs. I believe that your role is to be an expert on YOU and my role is to listen and learn about you and your experiences so I can understand how to guide you to where you want to be.
