I use a noninvasive intervention called Brainspotting for trauma. This technique helps move through trauma on the level of the brain, releasing the hold on you and increase freedom from past trauma. I use Mindfulness Interventions with people who have anxiety, depression, and addiction issues to reduce symptoms and to prevent relapse.
