I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I studied at Cameron University and received a master's in behavioral science in psychology, and a BA in communications from Georgia Southern University. I have been counseling clients since 2011. Prior to becoming a therapist I was an active duty soldier in the United States Army. The army provided exposure to many cultures and adversity. I departed from the army and became involved in military programs while supporting my active duty husband in his service. I was an advocate for the unit's family readiness group which led me to pursue a career in psychology.

Hello, I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, depression, seasonal depression, and the comorbidities of anxiety and depression that often come with ADHD.
