I love helping individuals work to identify and address character traits and behaviors left over from survival situations- such as in complex ptsd or following a traumatic childhood. I provide gentle direction regarding using exposure, behavioral activation, and cognitive restructuring to address anxiety and depressive symptoms. I use interventions from CBT, DBT, and CPT, primarily.
