Greetings! I am a fully licensed clinical social worker in Georgia since 2011, with certifications in oncology and palliative care. I became a therapist because I want to help people find their way and their voice through life’s challenges, particularly those whose lives are impacted by cancer, chronic or terminal illness, or grief and loss. In difficult times, finding solace and empathy is essential. I believe we all have the capacity to grow and pursue a life with meaning, especially when facing a crisis. Compassion, honesty, and humor all factor into my approach in helping you discover (or remember) your resilience and strength.

For the past four years, I’ve worked as a therapist and advocate for child and adult survivors of abuse and sexual assault. And through this work, I have honed my skills in helping people through trauma, transitions, self-worth issues, and identity. I am a licensed psychologist who focuses on the treatment of stress and relationship concerns. I specialize in working with queer and neurodivergent clients, including those with no formal diagnosis, particularly autistic people, individuals with ADHD, and couples with mixed neurotypes. I am interested in exploring embodiment, somatic interventions, expressive arts, and pleasure activism with clients. I work with a variety of needs, such as navigating non-traditional relationship structures, anxiety, depression, self-actualization, low desire, identity development, and dysphoria, and the way grief can interplay with these needs. I facilitate these explorations through a humanistic, feminist, and systems-oriented lens.

Project Family, LLC is a community healthcare organization serving children, adolescents, and adults with mental health needs and substance abuse concerns. Our agency includes psychiatrists, psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who collaborate to provide integrative care. As a Community Provider we are approved by the state of Georgia to offer outpatient behavioral health services including Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Behavioral Health Assessments, Treatment Planning, Psychiatric Services and many others.

I am a clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults. As a therapist my role is to provide a non-judgmental, safe environment for individuals to explore their life issues and support them in their personal growth. I find that a lot of us struggle with listening to our inner critic and often beat ourselves up for past regrets, as well as spending a lot of valuable time worrying about the past and the "what if's" in the future.
