I have over 10 years of experience providing therapy to adults and I specialize in EMDR and trauma. I use research based therapy techniques and have an eclectic approach, which means I work with you as an individual rather than trying to fit you into a certain modality or technique. However, I have been trained in such modalities as EMDR and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
