I offer a holistic, solution-focused approach with my clients, and I often utilize modalities such as IFS, Transpersonal Psychology, and discuss spirituality and existential topics as needed. My services are virtual only for MS clients and either in person or virtual for FL clients. My office is located in Maitland and I work with clients 13 and older.

It is important you feel safe and supported during our time together, and that you are able to explore all aspects of who you are - the parts you like about yourself, the parts you don't like so much and the parts of you that you have yet to discover. I enjoy working with Clients of all ages and a variety of struggles. I place a strong emphasis on the therapist-Client relationship because I believes it is the key to creating long-lasting change. I work from a person-centered approach that allows the ability to support Clients while they create their own change at their own pace. I go past the symptoms and instead help Clients discover and work through the cause(s) of those symptoms to affect true, positive, and lasting change. I have experience working with a broad range of Clients, including adolescents, adults and older adults.

I specialize in working with people who are struggling with healing from traumatic/abusive experiences, those who have a poor/disconnected relationship with themselves, and people who are having a hard time managing or decreasing anxiety. I am especially passionate about guiding people through family-of-origin trauma, perfectionism, and self-criticism. I teach my clients how to look inward for approval and validation, versus externally from others. My goal is to guide my clients to their own inner power, learn to heal themselves, and find liberation from a life lead by fear. I take a bottom-up approach, with a focus on embodiment.

I lead Parent Coaching groups utilizing Gottman’s Emotion Coaching Parenting, and DBT adolescent and adult groups for individuals and families suffering from BPD, Bipolar and other co-occurring and personality diagnosis. I've also lead groups and seminars regarding addiction recovery, self-discovery and team dynamics using the Enneagram.
