We provide therapy to individuals, couples, women, men & nonbinary and transgender folks who are exploring how to enhance their lives and relationships including gender and sexuality. We are LGBTQI+, kink, & poly friendly and competent. SEX THERAPY IS TALK THERAPY and does NOT involve physical contact.

An ideal client, is an unideal person. If humans were perfect they wouldn't need therapy. I work with individuals, couples & families with a range of issues. I help people address unskilled thoughts, emotions &/or behaviors, helping them let go of things that are no longer serving them. If an individual desires to grow by developing their sense of awareness, while developing skills to help them lower their stress levels & address their issues, I can help. I work with all mental health conditions, or stress related issues. No issue is too small or too big for therapy. I am here to support others in their goals & personal growth.

The 4th trimester (first 3 months after birth) is a fundamental time in any birthing person's life. Whether it's your 1st baby or your 9th, major shifts and transitions are happening physically and emotionally. However you won't typically see your own medical provider until at least 6 weeks postpartum, and that's a one-time visit. Postnatal Support Advocates believe you need connection and support right away. We can schedule in-home, in-office and/or telehealth visits during the 4th trimester and tailor a schedule to fit your postnatal emotional support needs. Maybe it's once. Maybe it's once a week. We will be with you as you need.

I believe that being a sexual being is no different than being a being who breathes.
