Within my practice, my goal is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for you to share thoughts and feelings openly. I will support you with navigating through anxiety, daily life stress, depression, grief, childhood trauma, life transitions or even trying to gain an understanding as to what it is you may be feeling.

My scope of practice covers Neuro-Developmental, Depressive, Anxiety, Trauma, Disruptive, Impulse-Control and Conduct Disorders. I treat my clients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help my clients become aware that their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and emotions can lead to problematic behaviors. Through CBT I help clients identify and challenge these negative thoughts, and replace them with more positive and constructive ones reducing emotional distress.

Chances are you or a family member is affected by addiction. It is a heartbreaking disease but there is A WAY OUT! I use a person-centered, individual, holistic approach to addiction treatment and education for individuals and family members. I employ clinically proven strategies to recovery. I successfully treated addicted clients and supported and educated family members for over twenty years. I would be honored to walk with you on your road to a newly found life!
