I also am experienced in working with children, individuals, and couples, I work with individuals that have had trauma mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, loss, and any aspects of life that may have brought challenges or are currently challenging to their day to day life. I also work with couples and families that may need family interventions to support with life changes and challenges.

Sometimes no matter what we try, feelings of sadness, anxiety, unresolved trauma, or other mental health challenges seem impossible to overcome. All people have the potential to change, grow and find meaning. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and grief, anxiety, substance abuse, stress, and depression. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and families. We will work together to identify the underlying issues causing you distress.

I view each client as an individual; I believe no two people are alike therefore no two presenting issues are alike. I feel it is imperative that the client be an active participant throughout the therapeutic process therefore the client will identify what they would like to focus on and together we will set realistic, obtainable goals.
