EMDR trained for PTSD therapy. My approach to couples therapy starts with communication skills training to eliminate unnecessary arguing. After 6-12 weeks, if there isn't a positive change; one or both partners probably needs individual therapy. My skills, agreements & tools approach to relationship conflict is concrete, effective & simple. Home visits.
27 years experience using EMDR. 30 years anger management/violence experience. Personally familiar with the recovery work of Bill Wilson for 40 years. I think I'm very good at helping both partners in a relationship come to understand each other. I can admit when I've made a mistake. Abuse is not tolerated or avoided as a subject.
