I provide individual and family therapeutic work. I focus on family systems and relationships in the family in order to help members find the hope and skills for positive communication, connection and change.
Dealing with transitions at any stage of life is challenging. Loss can be a part of change, voluntary or not, and deciding on our response to these transitions is a key to successful results. Decision making and goal setting are integral to achieving successful transitions. I provide a safe place to work through the process.
