To me, an individual should be treated as a whole, including the mind, the body, and the (soul/self)- whatever that is to them.

I help couples, pre-marital couples & individuals in many of these life circumstances, such as infidelity, trauma, depression, anxiety, also feeling like you are not good enough, not worthy. Behavior modification is in congruence with managing anxious and depressive distress with children.
