As a therapist with over 20 years experience, I have helped many people work through depression and anxiety and move towards success.
My areas of expertise include relationship conflicts, parenting, body image issues, bereavement, survivors of physical and sexual abuse, and postpartum depression. I also have valuable experience helping parents and teenagers navigate the difficult years of adolescence together. My longstanding contemplative practice has brought a meaningful perspective to my work.
In addition to my psychodynamic foundation, studying the hakomi method helps me create positive changes with people on a deep emotional level.
