Welcome! My practice focuses on LGBTQIA+ issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationships. Before opening my practice I spent a number of years working in community mental health at a local nonprofit dedicated to serving LGBTQIA+ and HIV+ communities. This is where I learned just how special it is to work with queer & trans adults, adolescents, parents and families. An immense amount of healing can happen when there's space to explore identity, increase self-understanding, and process past experiences. My practice is queer & trans affirming, relational, collaborative, and celebratory of our collective resilience.
