My practice is integrative and informed by extensive post graduate training in: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy(attachment work), Internal Family Systems(parts work), Dynamic Emotion Focused Therapy(anxiety regulation, self building, working with defenses), Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy(creating security and aliveness with partner), is more experiential than cognitive.
