Trauma is any experience that undermines a person's sense of safety and gives false beliefs about the self. These traumas may be the small bumps in the road to maturation or larger, more traumatic events. Using complementary psychtherapy approaches, I help my clients navigate the small bumps and process and grow from past traumas.
