I work with clients to establish a strong therapeutic alliance that is both genuine and non-judgmental, utilizing humor, warmth, and compassion.
I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families. I have an affinity for adolescents and teenagers, and specialize in providing them with a space to feel heard, while also helping parents navigate this challenging time. Other areas of clinical focus are life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and loss.
The aging process can be difficult; many adults come to therapy wanting to create meaning in their lives. Together we address existential issues such as redefining one's sense of purpose and creating a healthy sense of self as an older person living in a society that tends to idealize youth.
